MISSIONARY MOMENT:
Our 2023 LAMP (Lutheran Association of Missionaries & Pilots) teams to Norway House and Shamattawa wish to thank you for your prayer and financial support for our July mission trip. We give God the glory for the many ways that we saw Him working in both communities during the trip. The team plans a presentation to share some of our experiences in the near future.
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY:
WOMEN’S BIBLE STUDY: Our women’s Bible study will begin on Tuesday, September 19 at 2 p.m. and will continue with our “Heaven and Hell” study. We will be meeting on Tuesdays at 2 p.m. If you have questions, or need a study guide, please contact Lori Dawkins at 218-731-6512.
FIRST ANNUAL TURTLE MOUNTAIN LADIES’ RETREAT:
Please join us September29 – October 1, 2023 at Shepherd’s Hill at the Crossroads for the First Annual Turtle Mountain Ladies’ Retreat. This event is for ladies who are members of an LCMS church who want to come together, family style, to study theology, enjoy fellowship, good food, fun, and Lutheran worship. Our speaker, Rev. William Cwirla, a former president of Higher Things, will present on the topic Simul Justus Et Peccator “Simultaneously Justified and
