Jakob started his journey with a nagging cough which was presumed to be pneumonia. After multiple trips to the clinic and multiple tests their journey led them to Sanford in Fargo where they had better diagnostic capabilities. His team of doctors concluded that Jakob has Acute Promyelocytic Leukemia (APL). They did not waste any time and started treatment. Jakob has undergone multiple procedures to remove excess fluid from his lungs including the placement of a chest tube. You can follow Jakob’s journey on a Caring Bridge website that has been created: www.caringbridge.org/visit/jakobness
The Trinity Lutheran Church family would like to help Jakob’s family with incidental expenses that are incurred when a family has to travel, eat, and stay of out-of-town while their loved one undergoes treatments, tests, hospital stays, etc.
Envelopes for these gifts are available in the Narthex and Church Office. Envelopes should be returned to the Church Office. If the office is closed, please slide the envelope under the office door.
